The following to me were the most deadly fast bowlers
- Waqar Younus
- Michael Holding
- Andy Roberts
- Colin Croft
- Joel Garner
Holding, Roberts, Croft and Garner played in the same team, so they shared wickets, with each getting just 2 or 3. These 5 bowlers were the greatest fast bowlers, because they excelled in test cricket, where its harder to get the wicket than in ODI. Batsmen take less chances in Test cricket, and play less shots under-pressure, compared to ODI.

You rate Broad that highly ? Personally I would have thought any team these days would love to get Bond. He is IMO the finest fast bowler in the current lot.

Bond is good but his fitness leaves a lot to be desired. Windies bowlers yes I could squeeze Marshall and Holding in there. :)
