there are tons of desis, but u gotta know people.

Honestly, msot of my social circle has been built from college onwards and I can't imagine having to start over in a new city....that would be so difficult. Kudos to those who can do it!

Exactly, also I live in the city and my navigational and survival skills don't even work beyond the bridges. The limited number of pakistani people I have encountered are either already married or not interested in getting married

lol ur from NYC which is the worst possible place to find a good desi guy to marry…im from there too and they are all such idk the proper word but it is very very difficult here…but here is a site you shud check out idk if u have seen this guyz videos Baba Ali really funny dude on youtube he has a matrimonial site Half Our Deen is a Private Muslim Matrimonial Site seems pretty good no hidden fees like shaadi.com etc…All the BEST! NJ is also good place with nice muslim communities move there its closer :stuck_out_tongue:

this thread is cute. my khalas live in california and want to move to houston as they have more halal food and they claim theyll be able to find better rishtas for me.. thus i was under the impression that theyre lots of desis in texas.
