Re: Nails: natural or not?
Maybe try a multivitamin…there are supplements for nails. You could try wearing gloves while doing the dishes. I’ve heard that filing your nails in a square shape helps them to maintain their length, I dont know how true that is. You can also try Nailtiques, the generic version is Nailtek. My manicurist recommended it, she said that she’s noticed that clients who applied it regularly had stronger nails and their nail polish lasted longer.
Your hands can still look nice even without nail polish. Moisturize your hands…especially during the winter as skin tends to become more dry. You make a scrub from olive oil, sugar, and a bit of lotion…I don’t measure…I just make a really scrubby consistency. Run your hands through some warm water to open up the pores…and give them a good scrub/massage with the mixture for a few minutes…and then rinse off. You’ll notice that your hands will feel really soft…and then apply moisturizer again. Have you ever tried those paraffin wax treatments for hands/feet? It’s fun and leaves the skin soft. For the nails…just file them all to the same length and shape.
