i love wearing nail polish and they usually looks nice on my fingers too. but when ever i apply mehndi on my tips the nail polish looks really bad. is there a color of nail polish that goes well with mehndi-ed fingers??

Nude colors look also great.
And other colors with same glitter on the mehndi.

Call me old-fashioned, but I love to see mehendi paired with red or sheer nude polish. It would be fun to try other color combinations though, like a shimmery green.

red, maroon, whatever color matches the mendhi! otherwise, a nude champagne or gold. it's traditional, but trust me it looks the bestt. :)

i LOVE french manicure, but the problem with that is that with my kind of nail (i have very oval pointy sort of nails) you can't get that typical french manicure with just nail polish so i have to get the whole proper manicure done with fake nails i won't be able to take it off for namaz. i can remove nail polish after the event.
yanzala, there is a type of manicure you can get done at the salon without getting fake nails, they just paint it on with an initial soaking and massage, cuticle refining, base coat/polish/top coat and you're done.. they can always reshape your nails too.
Also, if you don't feel like dealing with nail polish remover before namaz, the best thing you could do is reshape your nails yourself and buff the surface with a buffer to give them some shine. That way they'll look great on your wedding day, but then you're still good to go for your wu'du.

Not a fan of French manicures but that looks goegeous^^
maybe it's the color of the dress, it's a favourite— anything w/ jade green, but I think I'll have try that for my mehndi.
