He (Mufti Sahib) might be referring to the washing machines used in Pakistan. Most washing machines in Pakistan do not do cycles like one in west.

What about storing napaak clothes - like people just throw all clothes in the one washing/laundry basket.......so should we be having one for napaak clothes and one for other clothes? Then simple, wash all napaak clothes together?

You have new machines in Pakistan that have 3 cycles (wash with new water) , rinse / agitate with new water and, final rinse with fresh water.
However, you are right most of the ones are too expensive and the common cheaper ones don’t have 3 cycles. They have 2 cycles. I know because I was there last year trying to settle down and bought a Toshiba washer fully auto with all 3 cycles.
Any how, the issue is not that.
The issue is fiqh of Taharah.
The state of purity for a cloth depends upon what is making it impure and unclean and how much of that is on the cloth/es.
Washing machine or no washing machine it is not that difficult to make things pure if the impurity is less and contained in a small area.
Whereas if it is spread over a larger area, then containing it will become the most difficult task.
E.g.
And this may or may not explain things to everyone. I am using this example as I have small children and my wife faces this ordeal quite frequently like many mothers.
But lets say a child vomits on their clothes. The mother wants to clean the clothes in a washer. But she realizes that all of the child’s clothes are covered with the vomit. She sees that it will be virtually impossible to clean out the vomit from the clothes. So does it make sense for her to put the rest of the childs dirtly laundry in the same load? she thinks it will stink up the whole lot or might not get cleaned. She after trying her best she puts the vomit containing clothes seperately in the washer and rests at ease.
Example 2:
Clothes with semen or similar bodily fluid. There is difference of opinion on the condition of purity of semen. Is it impure or pure? here is a discussion by Shaikh Salman Al Oudah. One opinion is that it is not impure.
In either case it is agreed that Prophet SAW and his wives washed or scrapped off semen from the clothes.
So if a cloth can become clean even after scrapping semen off then why would it not be when you wash it in the washing machine?
Now again lets say, you consider it to be impure, then you will have to see how much of it you have on the cloth/es? If there is a lot of it and you don’t want the garment or sheet to be complete cleaned, then you should wash it seperately.
Similarly for menstrual blood. If like in some cases, the bleeding is very heavy then you will wonder whether to clean it seperately first then put it in the washer like most women. Otherwise you will mess up the whole washer drum and the other clothes in the load if you try that.
Same would be for fecal matter or urine. If a child’s diaper leaks or you are potty training and the child has an accident in their clothes.. then you will probably want to clean everything first for feces atleast. After the pottyis cleaned then it does not matter what you wash together then.
For urine you many many clothes with urine on them so you can throw the whole lot in together and wash it at the same time.

if some one feel bad with the word non muslim , he should acept islam we will not call him non muslim
its the ijma of muslim scholars that thoese who reject hadees are not muslims
and these are normally Qadianees , you should understand that Qadianese are non muslim
and Quran used the word kafir (non muslims ) for the kafirs (non muslim )
if that was so bad , then Quran wouldn't have used this word for them
we just follow Quran o Hadees so we say non muslim to non muslim , we can't say some one who reject hadees , a muslim , because he is not

What is the difference between Ghusal and Cleaning except they belong to different language.
I am no linguist but i am sure there is no word as "cleaning: in Arabic. The arabic equivalent is Taharat and mean to acheive taharat is Ghusal.
Also there is no link between Ghusal and Washing clothres. Ghusal is for person and clothes are not Ghusaled but cleaned.

do you do wozo before nimaz or not
if you do then why you do , although most of time you will be clean at that time, why not you pray nimaz without wozo
