ff u seem to know a lot about bodybuildin...i want to ask u sumthin....it has been a monthe since i started dion weightlifting...but now i have those ugly lines near ma armpits(skin streched) dunno how u call them....could u please telll me wat to do...how can i make them dissapeare..:(..
damn hussain..you started lifting a month ago and u're already getting stretch marks?...why?..
2 reasons i could think of right now are : ( could be good or bad indication )
either you dont warm up before lifting ( which is not good )...you should always warm urself up by either walking on treadmill for 5/10 mins or just by stretching the muscles u're gonna target...
or
you're gaining weight...( which can be good or bad )... how would u rate your results before and after u started working out?.. have u started gaining weight?..if so ..is it mainly muscle mass or the weight that u dont wanna put on ( fat )...?.. if its mainly muscles that ure gaining and getting stretch marks ...then its ok...doesnt matter..it'll take some time to get rid of them....will start fading and then eventually disappear... if ure gaining fat then u're probably not hitting ur body right and eating like crazy... it could be due to a rapid muscle growth..which i dont think can happen within a month unless if ure using steroids, which i highly doubt..so i would suggest you to lower the intensity of ur workouts , especially the exercises that gives u stretch marks.. u mentioned they're near armpits.. well... decrease the bicep and tricep sets..and see if this helps..atleast by doing this you wont make them bigger..
exactly my points!.. but hey..how could he be increasing muscle mass in just a month to an extent that he starts getting stretch marks?.. doesnt make sense to me…
thanks…still a bit surprised though … i m not taking anythin to create artificial muscle:konfused:…urghhhhhhh i m mad …u take drugs ur strength is not natural.. u dont ur body cant handle it and if u dun do anythin u get fat (which btw m not)…maybe i will have to quiet..
ps i have to say..i m bit too fanatical when i do weightlifting:naak:.:.
only thing I can think of hussain in light of the fact that its only been 2 months is that you had em all along but they are showing more cuz the skin is stretching…is that a possibility?
it’s common (for guys especially) to develop stretch marks during puberty because of rapid growth. So maybe you developed em then but they were faint.
well i m certainly feeling the changes in ma body structure...i got bit heavier..like 6 kilo ...when i started i was 64 and now i wieght almost 70 kg:o.......

well there u go....you can thank puberty for your stretch marks.
haha.. c’mon now… start reading about what you’re doing…and whether or not you’re doing it right. you shouldnt even think about using 'roids for muscles gains..try doin it the natural way… and do not compare yourself with someone who has been working out for long time… start with light weights..and gradually increase weights…ull just get a hint in ur head that its time to increase weights… this is the only way i can think of right now to prevent stretch marks.
haha lol 21 …FF bhai thank u…u have made me think:p…i will try to lower the wieght …i also intend to change ma diet…nowadays i m just eating a lot of chicken/fish… :o…
another myth.. Weight training turns fat into muscle.
use ur mind... This is the equivalent of saying that you can turn any metal into gold; don't we wish! The way a body transformation occurs is by gaining muscle through weight training.. and losing fat through aerobics..and diet simultaneously. Again, muscle and fat are very different types of tissue. We cannot turn one into the other.
