about mallu food they are very defferent compare to rest of india.personally iam not a fan of their food. reason for it is they use coconut oil in food which we apply for our hair.having said that its more healthier then normal oil.if you have it suddenly it won’t taste good.you need to get use to it .also south india varies from state to state they have their own culture,food,customs
