She even fights with me when i dont disagree with her.We have been married for 6 years now but i have been unable to understand my wife.I am very depressed.She follows me everywhere .She comes to see me at office if i dont attend her call.when we go out for dinner and if I have to use washroom she follows me and stands outside of the door.She also reads every email i receive.

Hey, don't worry be so depressed! Ups and downs happen in marriage. Has your wife always been like this? Have you done somethign to make her suspect you of your behaviour? Usually, women have a very strong intuition but sometimes their suspicions can be wrong.
I dont understand what you mean 'she knows that you're thinking'. Give examples. Maybe she knows what you're thinking from your body language or your mood. Wives are very quick to pick up on these things.
Have faith in Allah and your wife. Sit down and speak to her about your sadness/depression. If you don't talk about it, she will get more angry and upset with you which can lead to further deterioration in the marriage.

You should follow her to the ladies room and stand outside waiting! Also start reading her emails.

glad someone understands what i am going through.I feel stalked by my own wife.i have tried talking to her but it leads us to nowhere.It upsets me further.

You know why I follow you everywhere? I follow you to your office so I can see you. You work such long hours. I read your emails because PTV is so boring these days. Mirch masala hona chahiye.
