As from tomorrow -Jan 13th- I will stop eating sugar and fried food. I will also do at least 30 mins excersize 4 days a week. (With excersize I mean a good 30 minutes fast paced walk from uni/work to home and vice versa or 30 minute ropeskipping)
I will report back in exactly 3 months and post the result (lost weight?!)
Is there anyone who’d like to give this a try with me?
The no sugar part is going to be really tough for me as I always have something sweet after dinner
I've cut down on the sugar too. Usually, I need something sweet after eating dinner but over the past month, I've tried not having anything even remotely sugary. I don't even take sugar with my chai!
As Funguy has stated, you should also look into cutting down on your starch in take .... rice, potatoes, pasta, etc.
Like I said it’s an experiment. Dekhte hain if I really lose weight or not. Maybe my next ‘experiment’ will be the carb thingie.
Aur haan when I said sugar, I meant sugar in every form (except for fruit). Will even stop taking sugar in my tea/coffe :-/

I need my sugar after dinner So giving that up is going to be the toughest part. (u remember the yummy pastry we had in London , I have one of those at least once a week here )
For now I will only give up fried food and sugar and see if Ilose any weight! Only wanna shed 5kg at the max!

2nd.. no sugar is realllllllllllly hard.. or else I'd do it with you.
PS have you kept in mind all the sugar you eat not knowing its sugar..?
I dont think its possible to completely cut sugar.

I am not overweight, that’s not the reason I’m doing this. Just want to lose a few extra pounds and see if this really works I know about the sugar, it is really hard but hey, I’m gonna try! I’ll probably have my weak moments and give in once in a while but will make sure that I don’t have as much as I’m having right now.
Please take this serious (just like I’m planning to) so that we can really call this an ‘experiment’. It’s important that you cut back on sugar and excersize (more than you do now)
Let’s see how much weight (if any?) we can lose at the end of 3 months
