lady_lama... ive been walking as much as possible. If i can walk somewhere, i'll walk... and plus ive been doing intense treadmill for like 15-20min a day..
besides that, i have cut down on carbs (so i try not to have any for dinner) but cus ive lost the 3kg, ive started to half a lil again... but if i want to lose weight quicker, i just dont eat carbs.. not even for lunch
Re: My weight loss success story:
I used my Wii Fit 3-4 times a week for half hour each time. Did mostly running, then balance and abs workouts.
Re: My weight loss success story:
hey well done nikky
I want to lose at least 10 kilos after the delivery, i need to make a plan now, about what to eat afterwards so that its not so hard. Plus i might be breast feeding, so that should help also.

thats a healthy weight loss...iA you wont gain it back. so proud of you!!! :D

Re: My weight loss success story:
congrats to al those who make the effort n take responsibility for their well being .not easy to lose fat.
What was the time span for that knida weight loss and what is this "jhatka diet" constitute ?????
Cuz if done in a short span of time that could be very unhealthy......U should be careful to lose it slowly and maintain it rather than in a "jhatka" ***
i think it took almost 2 yrs. aur exercise b buhut hoti rai but mai kabi krti thee lose kabi chor dia...issliay shayed itna time laga...then i came to know about this jhatka diet aur ussay b help hogaye kafi...short span mai to itna weight lose nai hosukta but atlast i have lost!!!!
Re: My weight loss success story:
i will state the crux of wht i learned over the years ....all by trial n error, its not frm any book or fad diet prgrm,
dont take more than ur BMR if u can take less.
burn some doing some sort of activity or go 2 a gym proper
dont go cold turkey on carbs
do take low GI carbs (natural n full of fiber, not processed )
never never take ur carb wid protein ,or just b4 protein
always take the carb on its own atleast 4 hrs after consumin fat n protein.( past 2 years i was doing every single thing right i wasnt gettin desired result ......... untill i started doin this ............... " dont combine carbs wid other 2 groups" eat it on its own atleast 4-5 hrs after eating fat n protein . it works .
Re: My weight loss success story:
so now you're officially a loser...:D
Go Niksik! Go Niksik! Go Niksik!

Re: My weight loss success story:
One cup of rice - once cooked or raw one? Uncooked 1 cup rice is enough for 2 persons, I think.
Re: My weight loss success story:
cooked rice
