Simple steps: no sodas. Very small servings of desserts (I’m not much into them anyway), greatly reduced my intake of carbs. Green tea after meals. And Wii Fit!
So breakfast was mainly low carb toast, egg.
Lunch was stiry fry spicy veggies and meat only. No rice/bread.
Dinner was i small roti with whatever was cooked or 1 cup of rice.
Snacks included fruits, raw veggies, or snack bars.
I fit into all my clothes and guess what, I bought soooooooooo many more
ive lost about 6lb in 2 weeks... ive got another few to go
and mine was a similar regime..
cereal or toast for breakfast
veggies or fruit for lunch (or a small sandwich if at work)
and chicken/meat for dinner with no carbs or maybe half a roti/2-3 tbsp of rice
no seriously.. i have been boasting to my hubby everyday about my loss in the last 3 weeks... and i was about to cry after reading this! haha... i figure ramzan will help me shed the rest

What was the time span for that knida weight loss and what is this "jhatka diet" constitute ?????
Cuz if done in a short span of time that could be very unhealthy......U should be careful to lose it slowly and maintain it rather than in a "jhatka" ***
