My Urdu is whack

So.. I don’t speak Urdu, at all. I understand 95% of it, parents speak with me in English, Punjabi, and Urdu. My Punjabi is even worse, I only know what they yell out in bhangra. Even though I was born here, I was fluent in both Urdu/Punjabi up until I was maybe 6 or 7? Then I kinda just stopped.

So at any rate, this is a problem. It doesn’t look good that I can barely speak Urdu when being confronted by other Desi uncles and/or aunties. Any good sites where I can learn?
