No they will not be…hmm…or maybe they will be…but seeing how grand and big the project was…I doubt it won’t be done until next year…summer.

Crescent, I must add, your photography skills are quite good (or whoever it was that took the pictures) and your camera results are superb as well.

Actually no, When I was there, i had two cameras, the reel one, and the digi cam (1.3 mega pixels tho).
I just wanted to capture that land the way I felt it, and saw it there myself. I had this desire to just capture it as nicely as I could, because I knew I would have to leave it soon.

How may items can you take with you into the Haram? I mean, how large a bag size is allowed? I know cameras are banned but do they search everyone? I’m really tempted to take a cam fone with me just to capture the real intensity not captured on professional photography

Well cellphones are checked, but since people have them in their pockets u can easily sneak those in.
bags are allowed, but not suitcases..or hand carriage like that. ormal shopping bags camera bags and bag bags are allowed. And yes they check EVERY single bag coming in.
Not so pockets, unless they suspect you.
Lots of people were taking pics with their cells insied :p but you CAN get caught inside too...and get ur cell phone/camera snatched.

Amazing pictures Crescent. The ones I took in Madina came out a bit blurry, but your shots are very good. I’m surprised you were able to take so many without getting caught.
