Do you know that this practice is far more provocative than issuing self defence statement? Last time India parked their Army outside our borders, Pak Army and PAF had full instructions to attack in case of any further movement. A drop of a pin would have started the war in that case. This whole idea of holding Armed exercise at borders is such an Indian thing to do, such provocative and aggressive practical gestures are quite literally asking for war. So so deeply ironic if one considers your rant.
It’s like asking Argentina to hold naval exercise on the edge of British waters, and it would not start a war.
