My official stance on prostitution

Re: My official stance on prostitution

Hmm. So you rebel against the holy word of the dictionary. Thou speakesth cruel words against the tool which stood by your side in elementary school. Betrayal!

Re: My official stance on prostitution

Madhanee is an old wrinkly man. Roman, please do not be afraid to come out of the closet.

Its okay. My heart will mend itself. cries

Re: My official stance on prostitution

Treat them humanely, yes.

How's not that respect? Rest is all personal bias or choice or opinion. You can have a personal bias but at the same time accept that as such and live with the fact that it's wrong. But still try not to get that in your way of judgement. You know, the notion called "do the right thing". Why is your world is so black and white?

Re: My official stance on prostitution

Rejecting them from marriage because they were a prostitute, which may have been a profession they were forced into? That's not treating them humanely. That's treating them as if they're untouchables.

Re: My official stance on prostitution

sigh, so yeh I'm gonna have to live with that wrongdoing, yeh? sigh again.

Re: My official stance on prostitution

Hai, you are so zaalim and insincere.

Allah karay ke aap ki dulhan koi Sharmila Tagor nahi ho.

Re: My official stance on prostitution

but disrespecting them altogether is ok?

Re: My official stance on prostitution

sadzzz, what am I gonna do without lal mirchi comments of yours. cries uncontrollably again next minute.

Re: My official stance on prostitution

^ Allah nahi, mein aisi dramay kar rahi thi.

No, really, all jokes aside. Prostitutes are to be respected. Not because they are just humans. But because they have hearts. And because their is the potential for them to change, and because deep down, most of them don't like what they do.

And if I were a real man, unlike Roman, I'd marry a prostitute. Set them free, I say.

People say prostitution will always exist. No, it wont. If men f'ing grow up and stop treating them like untouchables and things to "use", and REALLY learn to respect females.

Sadzz, mein aap ke saath mazaak kar rahi thi. Sorry, I didn't make it more obvious.

Re: My official stance on prostitution

Romand, aww i'll still be making them

PCG, woops.. didnt realise hmmm

Re: My official stance on prostitution

^ thats what i call a feminist. both are to blame.
As sadzz said there are those who chose it because they dont care about the deep down thinking, they like easy money.

Re: My official stance on prostitution

Comon Roman. Lets take you to Heera Mandi and get you a booooti-ful dulhan. :)

Subhanallah. A man that respects prostitutes.

Re: My official stance on prostitution

Wise One, you are not a woman. A woman can choose to sell her body for easy money. That's after she's looked for real jobs and couldn't settle into any.

Let society make room for women, and women will give it up.

Let society stop thinking of women as f-toys, and women will give it up.

No woman allows herself to be disrespected out of her own accord. She's usually either brainwashed into doing it by some dick, or she's got no other choice.

Re: My official stance on prostitution

i cant argue with that, its too accurate. just remember i never said men are not to blame but i doubt that all the women are the same.

Re: My official stance on prostitution

PCG, read Taboo if you havent already

Re: My official stance on prostitution

Women are all the same in one regard: They want love and respect and admiration and money and jewels and most of all that you wouldn't realize - ownership over a man.

Re: My official stance on prostitution

What about serial rapists?

Re: My official stance on prostitution

what about them?

Re: My official stance on prostitution

should they be respected?

Re: My official stance on prostitution

I worked with "prostitutes"

There are a variety of different flavours and looking down upon them all to say with a holier than thou attitude is ... well, unpleasent to say the least.

let me tell you about the ones I've dealt with

11 to 25 year olds from parts of Africa who are brought into the country as household drudges and then used further...they undergo Voodoo type ceremonies to "tie" them to the owner.

Eastern European girls brought into the country by Eastern European men and young men of PAKISTANI origin told they have work in places like farms etc.
get sent to massage parlours

Pakistani girls... let me say that again PAKISTANI GIRLS uually VERY young...have seen 13 year old

who do it for, "their boyfriends"............. "to make money" and one of them said "boredom" and to as a way to fight against there oppressive home lives.

There are others that I dont have time for but includes the usual... drug addicts and earning extra money and one strange one

A whole extended family (huge family) where girls are encouraged by the restof the family .. the boys (brothers and cousins, fathers uncles) find the trade
Geek...Should they be respected?

thats a matter of personal opinion... its difficult to respect and pass judgement on people you dont know based their profession
