yes i read alot..like newspapers and news on NET and they are in very small latters...and yes i have to use pc alot...i have to do my all work on pc..
yes i remember when i was young my grand mom use to put cold cotton cloth on my head i think this is the same u r talking about ICE PACK.. and for water..i can not drink much water..dont know why but it makes me vomit..can u bealive i only drink 2 glass of water a day??one with lunch and one with dinner...now i will try to drink as much i can..my friend told me that u can start drinking water slow by slow like start with 3 glass of water a day then 4 and then u will use too...

I think I read once that if you start drinking water regularly....your body will soon develop a natural thirst/taste for water.
Some people prefer putting a lemon slice in their water to give it more flavor. You can try drinking lemonade....or buy Tang and mix the powder in water to make a drink. It will be more calories....but it can help you get more water intake. Also certain foods such a excessive dairy/cheese and chocolate, nuts, shellfish can trigger headaches as well.
