You can, use almond oil regularly on an everyday basis. i had the same problem.

yes it has worked for me, thats why i said and am still using it, once i stop using it for more than a week its the same problem again.

get a good homeopathic hair oil...preferably one made with oils from amla, reetha, shikakai herbs from pakistan. both with oil massages and brushing/towel drying its important that u not tug too hard on the hair or it will break off. if the hair loss is genetic then you'll probably have to resort to more expensive procedures ....like a hair transplant.
also diet issues (if u're anemic for example) and stress can also cause hair loss

only proven items are rogaine and propecia, both have side effects, rogaine is discouraged for ppl with high blood pressure, which i doubt you have in your 20s. Propecia has the side effect of making yer thingie not work as well, which may keep you away from sin anyways 
so start on those now. at minimum start rogaine because it may not be great at hair regrowth, but it is great at stopping and slowing down hairloss.

what about when you shower, you use cold water? hot water? or warm?
I think because I use hot water whenever I shower, hair is falling..
I am going to try the almond oil treatment from tonight... do you know wash it off the night after or after few hours?

I have heard yes.
I have a friend who wears a cap whenever he's outside... take off his cap and you will see a big spot in the center. He's only 22

Thats what happens to me.
