Actually, when someone pokes you, don't do anything to the poke (ie. don't poke them back or hit ignore). When the person tries to send another poke, FB will give them a message that the user still has to take action on the previous one.

Like brother CM stated earlier, there should be a disclaimer with every poke, to ensure purity of niyyat while poking. Otherwise it is unacceptable, unacceptable, and for the third time unacceptable.
