Mughalprincess, why exactly do your parents favor him? Is it just the cousin factor, or does he have other qualities? Is it an option that you threat this as any other rishta, meaning talk to him on the phone etc etc before you decide anything?

They favor him cos he is the son of my dads brother and my mums sister. We are kind of double cousins!! :S
