My sister is currently visiting Pakistan for a few days. I asked Hajra & her manager if they would re-make the kurtis and let my sister pick them up and then I would send their kurtis back to their American contact where I made payment. This is their response:
We need to see what the problem really is, which can be done by physically checking the outfits. These are hand made garments and stitching errors can occur. We have promised alterations if the problem is there, so unless we have the garments we really can't do much about this issue.

Big businesses dont try hard to satisfy customers, eventhough they should! They know they'll have plenty more so why worry. It's shocking how a big name such as Hajra Hayat would destroy her rep over only $100!!

Saturday Post did a feature on Hajra Hayat. I emailed the editor and told her about my experience. She apologized and said they have to deal with designer attitudes while giving them free promotion, so who knows what happened with HH and the Saturday Post.

Salaam! Got the sari last week, love it! the pictures don't do it justice! Colors are very rich and vibrant in person, i think the FB pic definitely does not show off its beauty...of course, i was thrilled! There is no reason to get ready for any kind of situation here. I am merely discussing my problem. All that needs to be done is for good customer service to be performed and everyone will be happy.
I do feel it is inappropriate to put a customer's name out there. I happen to know her. She had a positive experience. I am not having one and this is how they are dealing with it. Rabeela knows this and you all can see what she is doing here.

Gosh how unprofessional of Rabeela to use a customer's name here, next we would know they are selling customer's data!
Just putting a reference of one satisfied customer doesnt show that everything is ok, thats called filtering to one's own advantage.

She had time to post on this, but so far no one has responded to my email reply telling them again that I do not feel responsible to pay for shipping messed up kurtis back to them.
This customer service is really bad. I realize that mistakes may happen, but it's the business owner's obligation to fix his or her mistakes, to make it right and to ensure customer satisfaction. This is how a reputation is built.

wow horrible horrible outfits......the stiching is horrendous....it is hard to believe that this is coming from a so called Fashion Designer "Hajra Hayat". Khawateen has a point. What we should is to create Facebook warning group about fashion designers and the other online stores (bargello, fashion veer) detailing what they have done.
Y does it seem like the same story as Hira from Fashion Veer is happenin all over again 
When u pin point a fault, instead of dealin wid the situation they defend their company and try to make us the buyer look bad, I have become more and more negative wid purchasin from pakistan and am very embarrased about this as this is my own country.
Hira made one of my outfits nice and I was about to introduce quite a few family members 2 her and then she messed up on a few others that came later 
I told her about this and she said she is not bothered and she doesnt need the extra customers!!
I think they get to big for their boots and then hit rock bottom, I know she has lost alot of customers through negative feedback on GS , is this a risk worth takin???
y not just listen and mend the few unsatisfied customers and develop you company then taken all of this BEizzati!!

This is unacceptable. I still have not received a response about them arranging for return for the repair of kurtis. I have been going all over town with the kurtis in my car ready to send it off as soon as I receive instructions.
HSY is coming to Chicago for a show. I should take these kurtis to the show and let him see them!
