yeah but..shes not asking about why this tradition is.....shes showing us what she got for her bhabhi. so if some of us might not like it, maybe the bride to be will, i'm sure dezire and her mother/sisters etc put a lot of effort into having something nice made.

yeah..sarah u r right we have done alot of effort..glad to know someone do understand.....and yes our tradition has a beauty too ..its akinda surprise for a bride too that what will be her clothes like for me its not exciting to buy the clothes with my inlaws i mean there should be some suspense too ...whether pakfairy u agree or not ??

ok everyone has their own taste for clothes, if this is what they like and are happy with it then i dont see why anyone has to make a big deal out of it. there's no reason to put someone else's taste down or make comparisons with how better things are for you. you may not like their clothes but even they may not like your stuff either. this is someone's engagement dress and dezire and her family got them made with so much love. if you can't say anything nice then refrain from hurting her with your comments. everyone's choices varies and we need to respect that.

Personally I don't like this tradition... but sab ki apni marzi hai. i mean theres always risk, that she might not like it.
