Nice, and very thoughtful of you to ask for her color preferences and whatnot.
Did you show these clothes to your bhabi yet? I dont think its right for everyone else to see the clothes before the bride and groom do!

my in laws taste is very different to mine - worlds apart, but what i like they think 'wow', maybe they are to afraid to step out of the box! so boy was i glad when they allowed me to pick my mehndi and walima suit. i would have died if they had got me something i hated, im so picky its annoying at times! but thats my view. im getting my walima set this week, im praying its nice, i have told them what i want (my pics, colour samples etc) and lets see what they come back with me. pray for me girls xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

when i got married i chose my own outfits and MIL gave me the money. But now my husband's brother is getting married but his wife-to-be has insisted that my MIL choose the outfits......MIL is really worried and would much rather do what she did with me and let her choose, but she has no choice and is getting stressed.
Anyway, what i'm trying to say is that there are some girls in the world who actually want their in-laws to choose their outfits! i know i don't get it either!

ok so mybe i ws lucky both my lengha and all suits from his side were amazing nt my choice but they were still nice ... we have diferent taste but weirdly both of our tastes are nice .

Dezire -- I really love the color of the lengha, (I'm hoping to get one of that same color but I haven't found the perfect one yet!).
I also like the flower design in the mehndi outfit, and I LOVE that shade of blue!
I like the shoes too--- you guys must have put a lot of effort into putting these outfits together, if your bhabhi knew then she would truly appreciate them all the more. Everyone has their own tastes, in clothes and in gifts, but the good intentions of a person are worth so much more.

Sometimes you just dont have a choice like when teh inlaws and bride to be are in different places. My MIL chose both my nikah and walima outfit and they were just gorgeous. If i was in Pak, maybe i would have given more input than i did but me being so far away, we didnt have that choice. But i do know that my inlaws chose the best as much as they could.
At the same time, i know when my only brother gets married, i would like to be part of my bhabi's shopping experience for the clothes frm our side. Its the fun part and i really would like to be included in it, not necessarily to make decisions for her but to be there.

I’m kind of mad I didnt get to choose my bhabhi’s outfits either, my parents chose it and i wuda chosen much better
