I've seen a lot of these dresses in a shop called Designers in kehkashan in Karachi. The black one with the magenta flowers that pops up on the homepage was right at the front of their shop the entire summer. Do you sell to them or buy from them? Or are you not affiliated with them at all? Their prices are also lower than yours. And their workmanship is exquisite.

Sumorani: I have had many experiences with people copying my designs specially at these so called shopping centres in karachi like gulf and kehkashan even people here on GS, as im based in karachi and have had many karigars in the past whom I dont work with anymore im sure they have spread my designs, but if you think a copy at a shop is exquisite you should see the real thing ;)
Another fad now in is that these shopkeepers buy second hand designer orignals from people who want to sell their outfits and they spread copies of them like mad. That is really sad and I know quite a few designers including me who are planning to retaliate against that.

that sucks. how are u guys planning to retaliate against them? i doubt they will stop copying outfits since they probably make most of their money doing that.

Your outfits are exquisite however I think for someone whos making such pretty dresses and charging a pretty penny aswell the least you can do is invest in a proper digicam and post more clear pictures. No offence, just a thought.

Your outfits are exquisite however I think for someone whos making such pretty dresses and charging a pretty penny aswell the least you can do is invest in a proper digicam and post more clear pictures. No offence, just a thought.
Its not her digi cam, when u post pics in GS, u have to reduce the quality (pixel) so thats why some pics dont come clear.

The same low quality/grainy pics appear on her website, I doubt she had to reduce the the image size there.
Thankyou so much guys for all your appreciation! Its such a morale boost :) as for the photo quality the photos have indeed been resized for botg gs and my website. If anyone needs a closer image for any particular kaam feel free to ask. I also avoid putting up closeups of my kaam due to copying issues like i mentioned before :(

just give me you email address, eventhough you have settled on another beautiful creation, you surely will not be disappointed with your outfits. Once a customer is always a customer :)
Also, a message to all you sisters, if anyone is interested in any of my formals yet they hav a budget, I am always willing to work within that budget and recreate that very same formal for you with uncompromised work quality, the only difference will be the intensity of kaam being replaced by a rich intricate similar pattern but in katcha resham instead, so instead of gold zari, i will use gold katcha resham. So please dont hesitate to ask about any of the outfits you like :)
