The "Chief Justice" is a Punjabi settler in Balochistan, a province he is pretty well hated in - which could explain why it is the only of the one of the 4 provinces he has not visited till now in his political tours.
well the balochistan was included in the CJ's itenary but due to karachi's violence this program has been changed.
