Gimme all that money and power captain1, and ill build you better bridges (ones that wont collapse)... Bridges and a few structures don't define a city, no wonder our cities are ranked so poorly in rankings as far as the living standards are concerned. Billboards, bridges, and high shooting fountains (which collapse after a few days, or dont even work to begin with, or get stolen) shouldnt impress us.
