Also Sack Kumble for bad mouthing and provoking Yousuf. Kumble is the captain of Indian team and he has let India down due to his actions :)

^ look at the picture and tell me if ponting cheated or not. I think it was rashid latif who was penalised for claiming a catch which he did not. He was banned for 5 matches.

by this standard most of the batsman who don’t walk actually cheats.
What I think that players should be allowed to claim whatever they want to and it should be left onto Umpires to decide that what actually happened. Rashid was panelized wrongly but we should not penalize Ponting for the same reason.

But the batsmen if he didnt edge cannot claim he didnt. Its showing dissent. So how is that fair towards batsmen. In this test both incident happened. Both of them (not the ponting one) were against India. Proctor penalised latif and now why is he showing leniency towards Ponting. Its again bad luck or bias.

I don't agree with that law either. But as long as it IS the law, and Rashid Latif was punished under the same law, then Ponting should be punished too.
