regulars; AV, A-Spy, Word processing softwares (Corel and Office), Adobe PSp and other adobe you can include (macromedia suite as well) M$ visual studio, sniffers, couple video and audio editing softwares, business logo and resume designing softy and some regular messengers....and the list goes on and on

Why don’t u try Trillian instead? It doesn’t support Google chat yet, but its Jabber compatible so a version should be out soon.

it's good to have .. not a must-have..
too many other sofware do what it does.. even windows xp does decent image display view etc.. I have ACDSee too for quick browsing images.. or Fastsone.. everything else gets done in Photoshop
