Hold on, where have I said I don't think they should be stopped? I am against terrorism too, just because I look to the reasons why they might have acted in such a way doesn't mean I approve of their actions.

I don't care what their reasons are, you can't expect me to understand why they did it.
Especially since my aunt was nearly killed that day. If those Muslims who "understood" why they did it had a relative or two wounded or killed in the attack, then they would be singing a different tune.
There are people who lost relatives in 9/11 who have tried to understand the reasons why the attacks took place.
Just because someone you know was hurt or could have been hurt doesn't mean you should be blind to the reasons behind such an attrocity. By 'you' I mean anyone in general, not you specifically.
My cousin sisters were almost hurt in that incident (July 7) so don't think I don't know what you mean, but if they had been hurt I would still try and understand why the terrorist act took place.
'Understand' doesn't mean sympathise or agree with someone's actions. In this case I meant looking at the reasons behind the extremists' actions.

Thats understood, but theres a point where you stop "understanding" and start doing.
You cant understand why Ted Bundy kills people. Yes you can, but it wont stop his murdering.
You need to put a stop to it.
As for the European powers, they could careless. Dont think for a second if America wanted to take over South America and Africa, it couldnt do so. Dont think for a second if Russia, America, China and India wanted to destroy all Muslims, they wont for our sake.
YOU have to fix things yourselves, and blowing yourself up is not the solution.

Even Hitler had an excuse. The longer you guys start hunting for root causes, the better it is for the idiots to start creating excuses for their excesses.
