Protests are fine, demanding reparations are fine - riots are not and neither is killing.
Again when looking for a reaction to the incident of flushing the Quran (Bible, Torah, whatever) down a toilet, it is only a book compared to your soul. Rioting and killing are not forgiven sins just because you do it in protest of a person, religion, or even a country showing contempt for a religion. This is what I meant by it is a book. Not that it is fine to desecrate, it isn't. I have a Bible that has been passed down for many generations in my family. My soul would be torn if someone ever did anything to it, but I would never harm or kill because of it. It is a book compared to my soul.
Sometimes I feel things and I have a hard time writing them out or I am not very clear. I am sorry I gave the impression that I view a Holy book like I would a table, I don't. My analogy was meant as a comparison only.
