depends on alcohol. grain alcohol?
beer, vodka, tequila, scotch, bourbon
wine..charodnnay, champagne burgundy, chianti..list goes on all have their own smell
this is not to promote drinking of alcoholic drinks but note that alcohol does not smell like fungus
