First of all, I never claimed to be a humanist so LOL at you for trying to use this “gotcha” against me. Second of all, if you actually stopped this little outrage spiel you have going on and actually read Southie’s posts you clearly see him denouncing other people from other religious groups who are homophobes. Third of all, quit the dramatics. I don’t care for homophobes and whatever way they express their homophobia but even I can see the difference between “I hate the sin but love the sinner” and whatever you and that other dude have going on when it comes to how you feel about gay and lesbian people.

Its ok if you are not a humanist but you only denounced Muslims and Pakistan. You should have denounced other people with the same intensity and repetition to be fair, but I guess that takes courage. Speaking against Muslims is cheap and easy. It is like a news channel barely making a mention of one political party’s corruption but spending rest of 24 hrs digging into the corruption of another.

The whole premise of this thread is based upon that if Muslims do not denounce the disgust for homophobia, they do not deserve safety nor security. Again, that would be political blackmail.
