According to the complaint filed by the woman with the Jerusalem district court, the two met in downtown Jerusalem in September 2008 where Kashur, an Arab from East Jerusalem, introduced himself as a Jewish bachelor seeking a serious relationship. The two then had consensual sex in a nearby building before Kashur left.

How do you know he was Muslim? Why do you people have to make a religioous conflict out of everything. Israel is a pretty racist country, we all know that. They are even racist to their fellow Jews who are not Ashkenazi, i.e. white Jews. They have laws that prohibits chinese men to get together with Jewish women. So yeah...Someone change the thread title to "Arab sleeping with a Jew = Rape".

Yes and how much would that be? Just inform you 82% of the Arab Israeli population is Muslim. 9% Druze and 9% Christian.

This article is biased, he's not charged with rape crime rather he has been given imprisonment of 18 months for deception. The law is same in UK and other countries for this crime.

in my state (in the US), adultery carries a life penalty!! however its just on the statute book and rarely used.
