Some 9 year old girls are ready for marriage, I wasn't but I started thinking about having a family of my own (a husband and children) after the age of 9. I wanted to get married at the age of 13 after my mother passed away.
9 year olds don't have the mental maturity to marry. Nor do 13-year olds.
