I feel it would b bttr to check Quraan n some authentic sahi hadith instead of running aftr vedios posted on Utube or google
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 185:
Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was sent down: this Book is a Perfect Guidance for mankind and consists of clear Teachings which show the Right Way, and are a Criterion of the Truth and falsehood.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 18 Surah Kahf verse 1-3:
All praise is for Allah Alone, Who has sent down this Book to His Servant (Mohamed (saws), and assigned nothing crooked to it. This Book says everything directly, so that he may warn the people of the severe chastisement of Allah and give good news to the believers, who do righteous deeds, that they will have an excellent reward.
Since when did feww ppl like ghamdi (so called as scholars) become da criterion between Truth and falsehood?? Allah n His Messenger (saws) alone have the sole and exclusive authority to declare wht is da Truth and what is falsehood; and they alone have the sole and exclusive Right to declare what is lawful and what is unlawful…..
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.494B Narrated by Abu Amir that he heard the Prophet (saws) saying, "From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks and the use of (illegal) musical instruments, as lawful.”
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3654 Narrated by Abu Umamah
The Prophet (saws) said, "Allah has sent me as a Mercy to the universe and as a guidance to the universe, and my Lord, Who is Great and Glorious, has commanded me to annihilate stringed instruments, wind instruments, idols, crosses and pre-Islamic customs. My Lord, Who is Great and Glorious has sworn, 'By My might, none of My servants will drink a mouthful of wine without My giving him a similar amount of pus to drink, but he will not abandon it through fear of Me without My giving him drink from the holy tanks.'
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 4909 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Mas'ud
I heard the Messenger of Allah (saws) say: ‘Singing produces hypocrisy in the hearts’.
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3153 Narrated by Muhammad ibn Hatib al-Jumahi
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "The distinction between what is lawful and what is unlawful is the song and the tambourine (daff) at a wedding."
In da light of da above stated hadith evry musical instrumnt, regardless of whthr it be a wind or a string instrument…...evry musical instrument is declared unlawful by da Messenger of Allah (saws) except the ‘daff’ (tambourine).
I think any 1 can give fatwa .....since fatwa means opinion ......
even i can give my own fatwa ...u can also give fatwa .....but we cannot follow or trust any one's opinion simply .....da reason why we turn to scholars is tht they have full knowledge about Quraan n sahi hadith ....plz dont run after fake scholars like ghamdi ..i donno who he is ...srry if im hurting any one's sentimnts here who believes ghamdi to b a scholar. but no compromise... or barrier accepted in da rules laid by Allah(SAT) n his Messenger(PBUH)......B4r following or believing wht a scholar says we shld always check it out whthr he is saying evry thng in light of Quran n sahi hadith.
Allah knws best
