President is from Delhi and supposed to have a perfect urdu, but he speaks like a Hawaldaar from Jehlum. Why is so?

He was not a child forever....He went to school ...grew up with other people around...If someone does not speak in a Lahori Punjabi accent....He does not become a third class citizen automatically.

True...Army has an almost different way of speaking...they enunciate differently..I have heard that enough to form a stereoype:)
