Re: Musharraf or CJ ?

Re: Musharraf or CJ ?
CJ - just for standing up to the pressure in GHQ for 5 hours.. he was alone among the ISI, GHQ etc.. it was a greater moment than his steel mill, missing persons cases etc. Plus he provideds hope for this nation that wordly gods may be challenged..
Re: Musharraf or CJ ?
NOT for CJ as a person.. but for an INDEPENDENT JUDICIARY..

There are many options, either way it is for the people of Pakistan to decide who leads them.
As the events of the past few days have shown us, Mush is just a power hungry meglomaniac willing to sacrifice your life and mine for power.
Re: Musharraf or CJ ?
it would be really interesting to see the republican party conduct a popularity survey one of these days. ![]()
For the record: My vote is with CJ.
Re: Musharraf or CJ ?

Re: Musharraf or CJ ?
This should be a poll :)
Re: Musharraf or CJ ?
Yeah, please make a poll in General so more and more ppl can vote, or make the same poll linked in all (busiest) sub forums for that matter.
Thanks.
CJ, from day first.
Re: Musharraf or CJ ?
CJ...CJ...CJ...CJ..and only CJ...because he is now
Ifthikar-e-Pakistan !!!!!
Re: Musharraf or CJ ?
CJ's victory, even if possible, does not gurantee anything. Not even Musharraf's end of rule. It is one of those battles between opposition (PPP, PML (N) and MMA) and President. They have been the undercurrent for many personalities and situations and its no secret. This time they have CJ as their reason and motive to take out Musharraff. I am just surprised that they would put all of their eggs on CJ's basket. If you want to politically dismantle Musharraf, this is not the issue. Be more diverse and consistent.
Re: Musharraf or CJ ?
Sir jee...CJ victory mean..the logical defeat and ikhlaqi shakasht of General...and when the matter of uniform and election from same assembly...will come into SC...so the L** will be given by SC to General ....
Re: Musharraf or CJ ?
In that sense you can side with President Muharraf too because he suspended CJ due to several complaints. The problem occured when opposition parties made it a political issue and now it is out of control. Question is simple; was President right to suspend CJ due to complains of corruption? That is for court to decide. Muharraf never sensationalized anything. Now he is the focal point. This is not a comic book fight between hero and villian. I think opposition should have been a bit more organized in siding with CJ. He should remain neutral, he is a judge not a politician. Mixing his case with politics will only open wounds of political rivarly, as major parties will hold their ground.
Re: Musharraf or CJ ?
CJ ofcourse
It is laughable that Musharraf can so easily suspend the senior-most judge in the country. Something like this can only happen in Pakistan. CJP is a highly sacred post and should not have been defamed in this way. In USA for instance when that whole Monica Lewinsky thing happened, it was the chief prosecuting officer (not even the supreme court chief justice) who summoned Clinton to appear before him.

i am not 100 % ...but 200 % sure...CJ was not suspended on "Complanits"...if this is criteria...90 % job owners of Pakiatan have to face a suspension....
the real reason is the low mentality of generals..yes sir yes sir attitude...so they do not fond of taking orders..they just give orders....
so
**Steel Mill*
*** basant**
**lost people case*
in all cases ..CJ punched into Establishment with full force... first time in history....
so Establishment is now out of control.....
specially lost people.....where these Baighairat Generals have earned millions of dollars by selling thier own people...
and now comes
*** election from same assembly**
*** Uniform**
and again this brave man would be given such bold **decisions...so these **matrac pass Generals put this man to ground ......
Na rahai ga bans ...na bajai gee bansari !!!!!
Re: Musharraf or CJ ?
^^and do you know...Cj **was near at the **connections of ISI and MI in selling thier own people by sending them to Guantanamo bay....when he was hearing the case of Lost people....and thats why all his files from his office been vanished on the evening of 9 March....

^ First of all its "Matric" and not "Matrac", secondly You can not be even a sub lt without graduating ....so this pretty much closes your argument on "Matrac Pass" generals.!
As far as "brave man" goes, his acts are nothing better of Mushy now. He did have a moral ground when he was sacked but now he has lost all of it and above all does he think that he is the ONLY "clean" judge in Pakistan? Why is he afraid of waiting for court's decision (by his 14 fellow judges?) ?
CJ is no angel. He took oath on PCO By musharraf when his senior judges decided to retire but not take oath on PCO. He actually provided legitimacy to Mushy's govt and list can go on...CJ and Mush both are corrupt and CJ can not go to public and cry fouls ! .

no my dear brother...game has changed all the way..its now not the matter of Reference...its now the matter of
*Rule of Law...and Power of Constitution *
and kicking these Dictators **out of so called **presidency cloacks....Pakistan is not made by Jinnah for these booted Generals..its for people of Pakistan..they are servants **of pakistan...and **should behave like a servant !!!!!!

Imam Abu Hanifa refused to take oath with Caliph Mansoor but ordered his greatest Student Imam Abu Yusuf to take oath ...and said that ...atleast you should give justice to people...if caliph will assign this post to some of** his relative....then the situation will be worse...***.*
so its better for Justice Ifthikhar to take oath rather than a** Lituetant** will become the CJ of Pakistan...LOL
