See the difference? Democratic instituions exist to smoothe out the wrinkles within the system…
Pakistan, not being a democracy, such insitutions were never allowed to exist…

If the Supreme Court of Pakistan is independant, then they can decide who is the ultimate winner upon ordering an investigation…
