This is mercenary's problem too. People like to convince Pakistanis that Pak should be "secular" because Quaid wanted it to be. But when they find out the opinions of Quaid then they start attacking him as well, instead of changing their opinion about system of government in Pakistan.
What does being "secular" have to do with supporting basic human rights for the Palestinians? Do you have to believe that Mullah Omar should be ruling Pakistan in order to think that they way the Palestinians were treated was wrong? Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez is also a harsh critic of Israeli policy...does that make him a secret Islamist?
Jinnah was a secularist. He also was opposed to Zionism. I don't see how the two are mutually exclusive?
