Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

so what do you suggest? :)

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

the site is holy to all 3 religions and they should share it

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

Does Israel agree with you?

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

Well the Arab family that administers the site still administrator it

except some extremist israelis who want to destroy the mosque, most Israels dont just as some extremist muslims want to do the same but most muslims dont

and Hindus destroying the Babri Mosque, Palestinians destroying the Rachel's Tomb or al qaeda destroying samarra mosque or taliban destroying buddhist statues

what holy sites have jews destroyed?

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

^ Mercenary, I don't want to derail the discussion you are having here but do want to just correct one of the references you made - more than correct, to complete the reference you made.

Yes Babri mosque was desroyed, but you have to remember the mosque itself was built right over a very holy temple of Hindus.

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

^^ so is the Dome of the Rock Mosque in Jerusalem build over the Jewish Temple

but does that mean that Jews have a right to destroy that Mosque

absolutely not

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

^ but you have to understand that the Hindus in case of the Babri Mosque have a genuine issue for our temple having been so destroyed and taken over.

On the dome you mention, is it built over the jewish temple and destroyed the temple or you mean it is built in close proximity? (want to know before I answer)

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

If Allah himself didn't think Qudas to be a Qibla, then why this hue and cry?

There can't be two qiblas. Once we got Qaaba, the status of Quds came down to just a mosque.

In fact Qudas is not even a close second. Hurmain sharifain means only two things totally holy for Muslims and they happen to be Qaaba in Makkah and the Mosque in Madina.

In fact Israelis do much better when it comes to giving access to their holiest of the holy site. A person of any religion can go there.

That my "bro" is much better attitude than our fellow Arab Muslims who do not allow non-Muslims to go the the holy cities.

On top of that, Wahabis have totally banned Shia mosques in the region.

So let's see in our "garibaan" before accusing others. Any peaceful person can go pray at Qudas, so your rants against "Screwing Qibla" are utterly baseless and purely fabricated.

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

The original temple was build by King Solomon.

It was destroyed in 579BC by the Assyrians. It was rebuild and again destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD during the massacre of Jerusalem in which the Romans killed over 1 million Jews.

After which only the Western Wall or the wailing wall was left intact.

Arabs took over that area in 700 AD and build the mosques on top of the temple.

There are still catacombs and various undiscovered chambers underneath the Mosques. Infact where the Dome of the Rock Mosque is build, right underneath it was the area was where the Ark of the Covenant was kept.

This area is holy to Christians as well as Jesus used to preach in the temple.

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

^ if that is the case the jews have a genuine claim don't they? So what is the objection to building two places of worship (jewish and muslim) where the mosque is and prevent further loss of life?

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

of course the Jews have a genuine claim

but both sides are also very ignorant of each other

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

Well for that you need to study history in Austria. And then you will find sources (authentic ones), which claim this to be the case. Huge American Industrials were involved in Nazi occupation mid 1940s directly or indirectly. And Churchill Saheb new It very well, but their lobby was that strong that he could do nothing but wait for Himmlers betrayal on revealing Hitlers plans.
USA is still denying these facts regardsless of the existance of the deals signed black on white.
These confidential documents are still in Austrian hands, but never to b mentioned that they do exist.
So you see Americas double game has always been real. Only one has to acknowledge and accept.

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

^^ individuals yes, but a country's foreign policy no

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

Both Israelis and Palestinians have full knowledge of the building.

The real problem is with the ignorance of Pakistanis. These poor folks listen to one Maulvi or the other than start burning flags.

Few Pakistanis have ever tried to really understand the Aqsa issue by using their own study.

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

This mercenary here shows himself as a secular, who doesn’t like to talk about religion. He talks about our Quaid to justify his secularism.
Can you guys believe that when he was showed what our “secular” Qauid thought about Palestine, he starting hurling religious attacks on him?

"These are some direct quotes from Quaid’s speeches:

http://www.dialognow.org/node/view/1229
“May I point out to Great Britain that this question of Palestine, if not fairly and squarely met, boldly and courageously decided, is going to be the turning point in the history of the British Empire. I am sure I am speaking not only of the Mussalmans of India but of the world, and all sections of right thinking and fair-minded people will agree when I say that Great Britain will be digging its grave if she fails to honour her original proclamation, promises and intentions-pre-war.”

MA Jinnah’s Presidential Address at the Lucknow Session of the All-India Muslim League (15 to 18 October, 1937).

“The way in which the British Government have hitherto dealt with the Arabs is the greatest blot on their national honour.”

M A Jinnah on British Government’s Policy (New Times, November 27, 1938).

“But no nation, no people who are worth living as a nation, can achieve anything great without making great sacrifices, such as the Arabs of Palestine are making. All our sympathies are with those valiant martyrs who are fighting the battle of freedom against usurpers.”

MA Jinnah’s Presidential Address at the Annual Session
of the All India Muslim League held at Patna (26-29 December, 1938).

“If President Roosevelt, under the pressure of the powerful world Jewry, commits the blunder of forcing the British Government to do injustice to the Arabs in Palestine, it will set the whole Muslim world ablaze from one end to another. Grave wrongs had already been done to the Arabs. If the Jewish immigration is allowed to continue, I have no doubt that not only the Muslim League will revolt but the whole Muslim world will revolt.”

Speech of M A Jinnah at Strachey Hall Aligarh (10 March, 1944).

“We cannot remain silent and we must assure the Arabs that Indian Muslims will stand by them.”

M A Jinnah’s Speech at the Council of the All-India Muslim League (10 April, 1946).

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

Another useless post.

This ignorant seems reluctant to accept Quds' issue being a fundamentally Islamic issue.

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

This is a stupid example.

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

I guess Jinnah was a conspiracy theorist as well.

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

Oh come on! You can do better here. Whats this suppose to mean anyway?

Re: Musharraf Meets Ehud Barak in Paris.

This is mercenary’s problem too. People like to convince Pakistanis that Pak should be “secular” because Quaid wanted it to be. But when they find out the opinions of Quaid then they start attacking him as well, instead of changing their opinion about system of government in Pakistan.
