What an amazing leader, did you see how he (being a military person) was taking so much interest in the parade! The best part was where he salutes the SSG regiment (the classiest part in the whole parade), and shows them the quwat-e-baazo with both arms!! This was probably due to the fact that he served in the great SSG himself. I could tell Karzai was impressed too.
Musharraf is a war hero with many commendations and awards of valor, what do Matooz like Maulana ‘Diesel’ Fazlur Rehman etc have to their list, apart from consuming 2/3rd of the Pakistani Halwa production.
Apart from that, the parade was awesome, especially the PAF pilots, who stole the show!
Yep Spock, the parade was just awsome! all the regiments, units, too impressive! the parade leader brigadier was cool and the lead major was awsome, what a roaring lion!
youre right, i noticed that SSG salute too! for all other units he just returned the salute and for the SSG battalion, after returning the salute, he raised his fists and encouraged them. that was a great sight.
Karzai was definitely impressed and while looking at the PAF K8s his cap fell.

Exactly, did you catch that solo performance of that PAF assembled plane, that was pretty impressive, especially where it goes all the way up, drops to 0km/h starts descending on the tail and then the pilot takes command again, that was SO impressive!

I saw pics of Musharraf from the parada and i aggree with you spock. even though there are always death threats and stuff, but he is still soo calm at all times.
I was very impressed my the Sher Dil squadron of the PAF..they flew some beautiful and extremely hard patterns,especially given how windy it was and also cloudy.Anyone who knows even a little bit about aviation will recognize how hard it is to fly 6 planes to fly that close in cloudy skies.It made my hair stand up …I AM VERY PROUD MY PAKISTAN
