I think the best person that can rule the country is, one who is honest and stand for honesty, but it does not end there. He has to be strong and should act against corrupts, trouble makers, and liars, with iron fist.
True, one have to first determine right path and for that one have to be intelligent and thoughtful, as lot of discussion and thinking is required, but once direction is determined, one have to follow that direction with as much determination and commitments as possible.
