Why is Taliban Khan drawing so much support - zealous support some would argue - from the secular middle classes, liberal youth and Westernised elite? The once upon a time pathetic smear campaign and propaganda has already been shredded into pieces. It is not going to work anymore.

Wait what? The Pakistani middle class is secular? This is news to me and most Pakistanis. Please do provide evidence of this.
