It is a local issue, national issue and a international issue, narayan, but what is the real issue. Some will start pointing that the root cause of the attacks is Kashmir. Pakistan does not give a rats a$$ about Kashmir. It is just a strategic tool to beat up on India. Kashmir is a symptom not a root cause, there was no Kashmir 60 years ago. There have been attacks since the last millenia on India.
If you close your eyes to the real issue then we shall endless repetitions of the same. Is not the real issue the thought process which drove a group of tribals to subjugate, convert or kill anyone who does not believe their religious ideologies. This thought process makes everyone else an enemy. We see the results of this thought process manifest throughout the world today. They move like a pack of piranhas attacking and anhilating anything that looks different from them. We have seen all kinds of imperialism, race imperialism, ideological imperialism and this is religious imperialism. But all imperialisms sooner or later get a quiet burial.

Publicity stunt by our dirty eastern neighbour, they will eat grass if they have to ashame pakistan in any way.They might have done this to explain the failures of Agni missile, to delay the Ind-Pak kashmir dialogue process, affect the US congress's decision on sale of F-16s or simply humiliate muslims.Some idnians are reportin it is the job of lashkar e taiba, but lashkar e taiba has been BANNED in pakistan from working.Already we are catching them and putting them in jails...something india would never like to report in news.

We have to ask ourselves who/what this will benefit. Lets just assume the hindus are right in their blatantly false accusation that the Islamic Republic of Pakistan(ISI) or L.E.T. was behind the blasts.
If the Islamic Republic of Pakistan(ISI) was behind the blasts it would gain nothing. If caught it would jepordize our position in the 'war on terror(aka war on islam)' and bring all hell to us. Right now we are fastest growing

If L.E.T. was behind the blasts it would gain nothing. L.E.T. is an indigenous kashmiri freedom fighter movement that seeks to break the tyrannical rule of the hindu army of india in islamic lands of kashmir. To target heathens, although understandable, at this time would be political suicide.
Therefore we can rule out pakistan and the L.E.T.
The other option being thrown around is al-Qaueda. To the layman this might seem a reasonable culprit, but we have to ask ourselves, does al-Qaueda even exist? Supposedly they were behind the 9/11 attacks, 7/7 attacks and the madrid bombing. Some might point out that they have purportedly targeted trains before but we still have to see clear evidence that they were behind it.
Also, it can't be forgotten that all these attacks have been proven time and time again to have some official government sanction from the nation being attacked. Loopholes discovered in the evidence put forward, political reasons why they're nonsensical and many other reasons absolves 'al-Quadea' of any involvement. Tons of evidence can be found on the net countering the 'accusations' of the 'victims'.
Now the obvious staring in your ************* face options that are left is that this was an inside job by the Hindu government of India(RAW) itself or one or both of Mossad and CIA trying to gain more allies in their war on terror(aka war on islam).
There are a multitude of reasons why the Indian government would do this. Trying to create sympathy for itself by emulating a train attack so that it might be able to get away with clamping down on muslim rights in kashmir. To create the image in the minds of the native heathens that muslims are violent homicidal people which will give them more 'reactionary' votes next election. To take away the attention being placed on kashmir by all righteous men and women who are criticizing the rape and slaughter of muslims. To convince the us congress to sell India weapons to help fight the war on islam. This list is endless and I'm sure, and urge, more enlightened members will add to the list.
Don't forget the hindu government has been known to kill its own civilians for political reasons. One cannot forget that even bill clinton mentioned in his biography that the India killed hundreds of sikhs before his arrival and blamed them on 'islamic terrorists' only later to be caught red handed.
Mossad and CIA motives are more clear. The jews and christians are losing in the war against terror(war against islam) so they are trying to brew trouble between muslims and heathens in the hopes the heathens will join them in the war on islam.
The explosives used themselves was RDX, a military explosive. If this doesn't raise any eyebrows I don't know what will.
We can clearly see these attacks can only benefit the heathens, christians or jews and in noones perception they can benefit islam and muslims. Also, another point to wonder about. Throughout history its been us muslims that have been terrorized by the christians, jews and heathens. From mecca and medina, spain and the crusades, and to the heathens of 'india' suppressing islam and muslims its always been us that have been the victims. So how can suddenly something like 'islamic terrorism' suddenly crop up out of nowhere with no precedent?
Let us pray that no muslim was killed in the bombings and that no muslims will be killed in the inevitable communal riots led by the crazed heathens.

If the Kashmiri Groups did this act, then I condemn it whole heartedly....
But India has a long history of self inflicting wounds to curry favours....
Just like the FSB planted bombs in Moscow in 1999 so that they can use that as a pretext to invade Chechenya....
My hypothesis about RAW being behind is just a speculation but it should not be dismissed outright

The F-16 Deal for Pakistan is currently in Congress for approval.
Indian double failures of its Missile and Satellite launches.
Although I doubt that RAW could have organized a bombing campaign of this magnitute in days after the missile failure.
Also the bombs targetted 1st Class Passenger Cars and that could suggest the work of Maoist Insurgents
