I’m still trying to find the reason for the change of eating habits of society as a whole. from piyaz / lassi roti to sabzi, gosht, daal, raita, meetha in one go. Pakistan is said to be the biggest importer of cooking oil and related raw material. kar lo gal.

Obviously paisa and offcourse hotel.resturant culture where cant find signal dish. Pehly shadiun mein bhi sirf biryani qorma hota tha now, shadi achi wohi jis main hazaron dishes huin
