Thats how election should be done in pak. One constituency at a time. 2 constituency per week.
So non govt parties can save votes given to them.
but still if you followed it today there were issues wth voters list. Some women were stopped from voting. Mobile phones being used by presiding officers. Ink was not used properly n it had issue easily removable. One lady casted multiple votes. All these things should be addressed.

If above result was correct than Hashmi would not have accepted defeat. I think you are giving results quoted by Samaa. But that count is dubuous. being close to government, I think GEO has better access to result and according to them:

Amir Dogar: 19043 votes
Hashmi: 13612 votes
