Which sin is greater? Fighting a companion and the Caliph of your time or the sins we commit on daily basis?
But brother , in quran it is written , every sin can be deleted except the Shirk... and fighting a caliph is not a shirk , am i right ?
The commemoration of Imam Hussain a.s. is important for us as he is our third Imam. He is our religion and his a.s. remembrance is implicity related to the religion. But strictly speaking the majalis are not part of 'Islam' itself. It could be termed as an 'innovation' if it is made part of the 'Shariah'.
Then brother , why you people do things like such innovation ... we also remeber the hussain(ra) for his great sacrifice but real message is to follow thier footsteps rather doing majlises etc... what do you think about .....
We hold all martyrs dear. But the circumstances of the Shahadat of Imam Hussain's a.s. are different than that of hz Ali's a.s.
We have majalis for hz Ali's a.s. shahadat but yes there is a difference between how we commemorate the two shahadats.
Why this ... because ali(ra) is the greatest of all imams !!!!!

Differences between the Sahabas were Ijtehadi differences, and whoever is righ tin his ijtehad, he gets double reward, and who ever is wrong in his ijtehad, he gets single reward as it comes in many Ahadees of Prophet s.a.w. Differences among the Sahabas were pure and not for any worldy gains or personal whims and desires.

Exactly. Islam was in its early stages and there is no way the Holy Prophet (s) would leave his (s) Ummah without a clear guidance on the matter of leadership. Yes Islam did spread during the reign of the first three Caliphs. But that is not the criterion of leadership. Yazid too had great political acumen.

If the Imams are directly appointed by Allah, then why is their names not mentioned in the Quran?
I also agree with you ... is this not a some sort of blame to the finalility of prophet(pbuh) !!!!!! as in last ayat of quran that we have completed your deen foryou , completed our naimat on you ....

So, you say Allah did warn prophet about hypocrites and munafiks of that time among muslims. Good. Why didn't Allah warn him about the first three caliph if they were so bad and deceitful? Shouldn't these three be the FIRST ones that Allah would have warn if Shia allegations are true?
Not only didn't Allah WARN the Prophet about their oh so evil intentions, HE LET the PROPHET MARRY their DAUGHTERS and LET HIS DAUGHTER MARRY Usman... accept their contributions when islam needed them, trust life of the prophet during the time of Hijra..... OH MY GOD! For once, Allah and his Prophet were fooled... <<< that is the IDEA that you are pushing when you bring up these baseless allegation and accusations against first three caliphs.

hz Hamza r.a. was martyred will fighting with the Kuffar. Imam Hussain a.s was surrounded by power hungry animals, deprived of water for three days, his a.s. family family brutally murdered. Even his 6 months old child was pierced by an arrow and then the ladies of his family including his sister and wives were taken to Yazeed's court fettered. The grandson of the Holy Prophet (s) who used to climb on the blessed back of the Holy Prophet (s) was murdered by the Ummah. So there is a huge difference. Had the Imam been martyred while fighting the Kuffar it would have been another story.

Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a. is the only Sahabi who is referred as a Sahabi in the Quran, when He was the Prophet s.a.w in the cave on the way to Medina. Prophet s.a.w took Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a with him.
Why did Prophet s.a.w married with Hazrat Hafsa r.a who was the daughter of Hazrat Umer r.a if he was the enemy of the Ahl e Bayat?
Why did Prophet s.a.w gave his two daughters in nikah to Hazrat Usman r.a. and said if I had 40 daughters, I would give one after the other to Hazrat Usman r.a. Hazrat Usman is the only person on the face of the earth who had 2 daughters of a Prophet in nikah.

Yes they were men of excellences and loved the Prophet (s). But they made a mistake of claiming the caliphate for themselves which was the exclusive right of the Imams.
