They are not "wahhabis," you probably don't know what wahhabi is. They are more like Khawaarijs. Any body who perpetuates violence against civilians is not a Muslim and those who go step ahead and kill themselves is worst and also wrong according to the Quran. Suicide bombing has never been used by MUSLIMS as a strategic war tactic and is not a strategic war winning strategy. It cannot be part of Islam, it beats all logic and common sense. Suicide bombings are non-muslim and 19th century phenomenon.

Usul al Kafi is divided in three major parts. Usul, Furu and Rawda. It will only be helpful you could provide the exact reference. Or should I assume that since you have failed to provide the reference for Nahjul Balagha, that picard asked for, this is another FAKE hadith?

Shias murdered hz Usman? I thought shias originated after the murder of hz Usman and then came the legendary figure ibn Saba. So which theory is it?
