im sure there are all kinds of men and women out there, if you look hard enough you’ll find ones that suit your temperament and attitude towards life - finances, cooking, pants, et al.

with each additional factor you add to your priority list, you roughly halve your list of potential mates. so decide wisely what matters most. you dont get to be picky about a lot of things unless you are a 10 yourself (like me). or you are setting yourself up for disappointments and misery.
