I wonder he really confessed. The controversial news appearing make people more confused. Every bad thing happened to Karachi has been referred to as "on the instruction of the party’s high command’. That is none else but Altaf Hussain the founder of terrorists, target killers and bhatta mafia in Karachi. He is enjoying his life in London but his people are suffering due to his bloody criminal activities.
By the way I have a question for you. Are you Mr. Spock or Mr. Yazdi?

KARACHI: Although police claimed on Wednesday that Waseem Akhtar, a Muttahida Qaumi Movement leader and its Karachi mayor-designate, had “confessed to his involvement” in the May 12, 2007 mayhem before a “joint investigation team”, the legality of the JIT itself and the veracity of his alleged confession are questionable.
While Mr Akhtar and his party insisted that he had made no “confession” or even a disclosure about the May 12 events, police claimed that they had a JIT report in which Mr Akhtar confessed that he planned the violence on the instruction of the party’s high command.

^^^How a criminal in jail can be a mayor of biggest city in Karachi? Pakistan ko saalay retard rule kar rahay hain. ye hi karna tha to yeh drama karnay ki kya zaroorat thi? Now he will definitely win the elections even standing before the gallows! :)

Just like the alleged killer of Chairman MQM the only gentleman in MQM Azeem Ahmad Tariq's killer was made mayor of Karachi & alleged killer of the legend , a governor of Sindh Hakeem Saeed's is a governor of Sindh since more than a decade .
This time situation is changed , old bosses are against them .
