It did. It was Quaide Azam’s Pakistan.
Even those people who don’t consider Quaid secular and say that Quaid wanted a Maudoodi Pakistan; even they would not pick Taliban’s Pakistan.
So I think the purpose of this referendum is just to make people realize that now is the time to decide which way country should go.
